How we teach

Purple Academy pursues ‘acquisition’, rather than a ‘cramming method’ when it comes to English education. We provide a curriculum in line with the standards of American public education, which has been optimized to serve students from non-English-speaking countries. Our online programs are available at any time and from any place to always provide students that advanced learning systems and tools.

Purple Academy provides a comprehensive curriculum that covers Language Arts (English), Math, and Art. Both standard and extra courses offer a fun and effective way for students to learn!

Reading Center

We believe that the most effective way to student English is by reading good books! Purple Academy runs its own “Reading Center” filled with thousands of books so that our teachers can create a reading schedule to perfectly match and develop each individual student’s skills and needs.
We have the largest volume of English children’s books in South Korea which allows us to meet the needs of every student at any level.

Book Selection Process

Our book consulting program is based on reading data from over 5,000 students! We provide personalized consulting on book choice to match the tastes, skills, and goals of each student. We effectively consider characteristics like genre, word count, and book level.
